Most coffee in the US comes from Mexico, many fine Mexican coffees are anything but ordinary.   Mexican coffees come from the mountainous southern portion of the country with high growing conditions with a hot tropical climate, idea for producing excellent coffees.  Mexican coffee is typically light and rich with brisk acidity and medium body.
